STEP ONE: Check your email
You’ll get an email from Claire L. Fishback, PMP (that’s me!) with a link to a Google Doc questionnaire and other important information. Including how and where to submit your responses.
STEP TWO: Complete the intake questionnaire
Use the Google Doc to record your responses to the questions. This way you can take your time and be thoughtful.
Don’t rush this!
Some of the questions may require some deeper thought and your responses will determine how I can help you best.
STEP THREE: Copy and Paste your responses in the Official Intake Form
I know. Seems redundant.
But you already did the hard work!
All you gotta do is paste your answers from the Google Doc into the Official Intake Form. You’ll then be prompted to send me your sample pages.
Don’t worry, if you don’t have any sample pages yet, email me and let me know.
Once you submit your form, I will review your responses.
Because I want to give your responses the time and dedication they deserve, this could take a little bit of time. If you do not hear back from me within 1 week, feel free to send a follow up email (reply to the welcome email with the subject line: “Welcome and thank you for your interest in my coaching services”)
